As the Social Media Manager/Lead Social Strategist of MJB helped a celebrity florist build her brand by creating content around the events and moments that defined her work. I co-managed four social media accounts, focusing on capturing real-time experiences and turning them into content that felt intentional and engaging.
A big part of my role was creating content at her events, including work with Forbes, Estée Lauder, and Tatiana by Kwame, making sure those moments were documented and shared in a way that elevated her brand.
I also collaborated on co-branded content with these partners, helping extend reach and strengthen brand alignment.
Beyond content, I built strategies focused on client retention and long-term growth. The work wasn’t just about growing on social, it also supported expanding her client base and increasing demand.
In the end, I helped drive 1,800% growth in reach and a 450% increase in engagement across the accounts.
